By default, does the user get the same badge twice?
I mean, if I have such a set of Achievements rules:

Value 1 ---> badge one
====

Value 2 ---> badge one
Value 2 ---> badge two
====

Will the user get badge one twice on the rebuild process/ once he hit value two? With separate alerts?

Badges are awarded only once. In terms of a rebuild, there wouldnt be alerts sent out on items during a rebuild.
