Currently, there seems to be no option to send out Bulk Mail on a schedule like once a week or once every other week. Sending bulk mail manually is old-fashioned and cannot be done consistently as humans.

Please add this scheduling option to automate this as filters would take care of targeting the recipients.

I would love this feature as well.
