Hey Invision team -- 

I'm working on importing my old users into my Invision cloud implementation and a small chunk of just 1,000 users crashes the site (see attached error message). I have 200k legacy users. Doing the migration in 200 x 1k chunks would be incredibly painful but if even chunks of 1k time out (progress bar got to about 30% before it froze) then I feel pretty stuck. 

Is this typical? Is there a work around without needing custom API code? Can you import them on the back end for me? I'm literally just moving about 7 fields of textual data for these users.

You might need to try smaller batches.  Try much smaller until you find the number range that works for you.  It might only be 100 in a go.  

Otherwise, you could work with IPS sales and they might be able to do some sort of mass import for a fee as well.
