Posted June 24, 20241 yr Hi, I'm trying to import a members list by CSV and fill in the postal address field along with some other fields too, but it will not populate this. I tested this by downloading the member list from Invision and then importing it back in matching the fields but with new data. It all worked except for the postal address. Any ideas? Cheers

June 24, 20241 yr Community Expert Gotcha, so a custom profile field here. Do you have an example of the data which you're attempting to insert? Often, this comes down to formatting.
