I'm installing the forum and I'm encountering the following error:

 

 

It's something on my host, correct? How do I guide the company to release the installation?

Does a simple "Hello World" html work?

PHP version your host?

Not found would indicate either you uploaded files to the wrong spot or your server is configured wrong.  In either case, it's not a software issue.  

A 404 error (not found) would not be a PHP issue regardless of version.  The server can't find a file to even have it processed by PHP.

You should work on that problem first.
Check paths, chown and chmod you are using.

You need to contact your hosting company. The messages there are coming from your server, so its not even getting as far as our software unfortunately
