February 22, 20241 yr Community Expert Looks like this required be unrestricted at this point. It looks like this may be an oversight on the moderation side of things. I have submitted a bug for this to look at being added for a moderator permission.
April 30, 20241 yr This is actually an admin permission ( Can manage archive settings ) I have raised an internal suggestion to separate this for the frontend and move it to the mod permissions.
