How can view Notifications sended?

I see this widget in my dashboard and have a question. How can I see the historical notifications sended? It is posible? And, can I view who is suscribed for this notifications in a global way?

Thee is no capability for this at present. If you wish to see what email notifications have been sent, you would really need to be using something like sendgrid, which tracks what is sent
