Trying to connect to Community Hive for our IPS cloud hosted forum.

When trying to enable CH, it goes round in circles after clicking continue, I get these screens attached below. Result: Not able to enable

 

 

 

Before I continue, could I please confirm if you have has this enabled prevously?

Yes, tried to join previously but failed. Any chance you could reset that and I’ll join again?

Could you just try now your domain was changed, as I know it was a different address previously, and wondering if this was causing the issue. If you then still have the same problem, please let me know and we can get that sorted out
