Is there a way to rearrange the "search type" options list, sort of like the menu manager? I'd like to move the "Members" option up on the list, and right now it's sitting on the bottom.

To move these, you can reorder the applications in ACP -> System -> Applications. However, Members is the one item which cannot be moved. It would require some form of customization to do so.
