A general usability question: Is there a setting to allow/block a guest from accessing forum content?  I see there is a setting which prevents posting until the user is signed into a registered account.

All guests to my forum are seeing this (and I would like for un-signed in users to be able to see the content - as a means to entice them to register):

I'm not sure if this is associated with an alert I'm seeing on processes not running because my forum volume is too low.

I'm currently running v 4.4.9

I should add that this error is presented when an unsigned in user tries to access a newly created forum topic:

OK I see that this is rendered on any page that an unsigned user tries to access 😞

So it is configurable.  My issue now is why the EX0 error is being served to all guests.

I would advise before anything else, upgrading to the latest release
