I'm just trying to add DNS records for my third party email service but since I have the "Cloud Community" I can't touch my DNS?

I tried to change my nameservers to CloudFlare and inherit the DNS records invision setup for me to keep my site up then add to the records, it worked, but then my site went down. So I guess invision is making sure I do DNS through them?

What can I do? All I need is to add a simple DNS records for email. It shouldn't be this hard.

The only way is to open a ticket/send them an email with what you need. They'll add it for you.
