Hi, I've the user ID=2268 with annual plan activated and IPS not generated the renewal automatically in time (5 days until expired). So I create it manually.

Can you take a look this bug to solve in upcomming updates?

There isnt a bug that we are aware of. Unfortunately, as you have generated it, the issue will no longer be present for us to investigate. Please could you let us know if you see this again, but please don't generate one manually. Let us look at the issue first and then we can prevent recurrence for you 🙂
