I don't know which DB table I should be looking into to see if there is actually any account deletion request. Thank you in advance. Nathan Explosion Posted July 26, 2023 Share Posted July 26, 2023 A possibility is that someone requested a deletion (triggering a notification) and then cancelled it. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.
