i copied my old website before it was deleted and i would like to upload it here but i don't know how or where.

I have about 40 article files and many more, but I would also like to upload my old theme there.

Can someone help me?

There would be no way in which to restore a website from what you have there. It looks like you have just scraped the front end, and therefore only got the HTML. You would need the database and files in order to restore

because I only need the theme, so header and footer, the rest is irrelevant. I can redo the pages, but I'm mainly concerned with the theme that I can keep.

The theme is not a static file that you simply download via FTP. You would have needed to have exported it in order to import it again later. You will need to recreate the theme.
