I've had this account since 2013 and have never had a problem logging in. This morning I tried to login to the admin section to run the update, and got locked out. So now when I try to get back in, it says it's locked for 14 minutes and there is no option to reset it and support isn't responding??

I'm still logged in to my forum, so that part is okay for now.
