Hello,

I currently have the issue that since some days or weeks the usergroup "Members" cant do any post in any section. I checked the permissions of the sections and user group and they are fine (create new or post).Ā

When I visit the creation link for example segfsge/?do=add I get anĀ The page you are trying to access is not available for your account. error

On the Error Log it shows:Ā 2C137/3The page you are trying to access is not available for your account.

We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.Ā

We look forward to further assisting you.Ā

The error message ā€œThe page you are trying to access is not available for your accountā€ is totally bizarre and doesnā€™t indicate the restriction. Thatā€™s not a permission issue.

Not sure how this work, Jim, but you could open an internal suggestion or something to change the error.

They donā€™t have the post counts to post so the message indeed is accurate when they are attempting to do something the UI is not letting them do (i.e. manually typing in a URL they don't have access to)Ā šŸ™‚Ā . However, if you have a suggestion to change that, youā€™re more than welcome to leave it in our Feedback forum.Ā
