Ecnad
When I try to login I get a "Something went wrong" error and my account is immediately locked for 3 failed login attempts (although only 1 attempt) I manually unlock the account and the same thing happens again. Luckily I have a backup admin account, but I can't seem to get the main account fixed/unlocked even if I manually change the password so I am 100% sure it is correct. Randy Calvert
Have you tried turning off all third party resources and things like cloud WAFs?
Jim M
Would also suggest disabling any custom rewrites/redirects which you may have on your server that may be causing things to go awry here.
Ecnad
No rewries/redirects that I know about. Problem still occurring, only on the one account, can log into other usernames just fine.

I am having no problem at all logging into your admin CP on this end. I would also advise ensuring you are upgraded to the latest release of the platform

Lisa Lightner
It's happening to me too. I was even able to get in a back door, and reset the password, so I was 1000% sure that it was the correct password. Still, it locked me out. Why isn't there an option to "reset password" on this screen?

Why isn't there an option to "reset password" on this screen? Design choice, more than anything. No other reason than that. While I know you may have got the password correct, the email is incomplete there, which is why you will be having issues logging in with that.
