After upgrading to 4710 we are no longer getting emails when someone renews or pays for a subscription. Payment settings correctly list the emails but none are being sent to our designated email addresses.

Are you receiving other emails from the community to these email addresses?

Yes. I got a message earlier from a member to our contact us email which is one of the payment setting emails.
