I have updated web site to last version 4.7.10 and PHP 8.2, but I can't use feature : rebuild existing content. Error 1S111/1 You do not have permission to do this.

And I can't create a support ticket. Can you help me ? Best regards.

 

You would need to switch to PHP 8.1, as 8.2 is not yet supported. Once that is done, please try again.

With regard support, this was moved to the community quite some time ago. We are staffed here too, so dont worry, we're still around 🙂 

Thanks for the quick return. So I went back to php 8.1 and I got the error message 1S111/1 Unknown column 'id' in 'order clause'

I have taken a look at this for you, and the error you are getting is relating to the 3rd party application "New Topic Placeholders". You would need to contact the author of that application for a resolution to this
