Depreciation of support tickets

Have just read that support tickets will be depreciated. We use this functionality to provide confidential advice and support to young people who don't want to use the public forums to access help. Are there any alternative solutions or is it possible for us to keep this functionality as it is incredibly popular and many of our members really depend on it.

I would advise on taking a look through the following topic, as this has been discussed at length in there

bearing in mind, this is not something that will disappear any time soon, but in the same respect will not be in version 5.


This said, you could actually use forums, and set a forum so that only they can see their own topic, and staff. So they can post a topic that only staff can see
