Data at Your Fingertips: Explore Our New Reporting and Statistical Capabilities By Ryan Ashbrook Tuesday at 01:29 PM
CheersnGears
I have a user who pays for an annual subscription via paypal. Even though he's never missed a payment, the ACP shows his subscription as inactive. Paypal shows it as paid and active. How can I fix his account to be active and update it so it expires on the correct date?
Adriano Faria
In the Subscribers list in your ACP, click in the magnifying glass in the user row and then in Reactivate button: I didn't test but it seems to be it.

I didn't have a reactivate, but I did have an edit, and I'm able to get to it from there. Thanks. Edited April 25 by CheersnGears
Stuart Silvester
It sounds like you may need to go into the PayPal subscription and manually re-check it. It's possible it timed out if PayPal took longer than expected to collect the payment.
