Posted April 24, 20231 yr Hello. I'm trying to update my Invision website but I'm getting an error on Step 4: Download & Extract. The page that tries to load in the upgrade window for that step just shows, "Forbidden", "You do not have permission to access this document." Can anyone help me figure out what the problem might be? Thank you!

That’s coming from your host or a firewall. Check with your host if you have anything like mod_security or a firewall (cloudflare) enabled. If so… try turning it off. April 25, 20231 yr Author Thank you. I've turned off the firewall, turned off mod_secure and double checked all chmod permissions. I'm still having the same problem. I'm going to try a manual upgrade and see if that works.
