Posted April 14, 20231 yr Hello I have the raffle plugin with the following errors, and when I try and uninstall I get - This page isn't working HTTP ERROR 500 I'd like to get this uninstalled and install the new version, ideas? THANK YOU!!
April 14, 20231 yr This post was recognized by Marc! DawPi was awarded the badge 'Helpful' and 5 points. If app was "Locked" then it wasn't recognized as compatible with newest version of IPS4. You need to contact @Adriano Faria and get new version. Installing newer version is the only way to unlock it.

THANK YOU!! You just need to renew the purchase and upload the new version then you can keep using it or uninstall it.

April 14, 20231 yr The above is because the app is currently installed as 'custom', so to update it you would need to update it manually using the .tar file instead of re-installing it via the MP. Invision can assist with toggling it from 'Custom' to 'Marketplace' to sort that out. Edited April 14, 20231 yr by Nathan Explosion

April 17, 20231 yr Author Thanks @Adriano Faria, there was no option to renew, but I did buy it again, it wont let me update or uninstall it.

If it doesn't, click in CHECK FOR UPDATES button. If it still doesn't let you update, then it's up to IPS indeed. It's not a resource issue.

April 18, 20231 yr Solution I have just linked this up to the marketplace application after conversation with Adriano on what was causing it not to show. The upgrade should now be showing for you
