At a glance it looks like a badly programmed scraper of some sort, or someone trying to scan your site for generic security vulnerabilities. If it's all coming from one address, I'd just block it. Yes, it does - it randomly generates one specifically for each site. If you have the above repeatedly appearing, simply disable/re-enable the IndexNow integration to generate a new key.
