I tried to disable ALL customizations, but the result is the same, so my educated? guess is that the issue is at a core level. Need help. In the client area, I've added the necessary details for login and investigation.

Marc Stridgen
This is actually the same as your other topic, which has had a ticket created for. That ticket is awaiting response from yourself, and will be in your email

I suspect this is an issue with my support plan. Even if I'm paying for a license, I still don't have access to an email support plan. Randy Calvert
You would see it in your email. You cannot initiate a ticket but the staff can on your behalf. Check your spam folder to see if it’s there. They can also resend as well.

Convergent Trading
@Matt I'm having the same issue with v4.7.9. It looks to be caused by the removal of 2 tasks related to the hosting features that were removed - the task PHP files have been removed but they're still in the tasks.json definition. Those definitions were still in the source code when i downloaded a fresh copy from your site earlier to check. Daniel F
Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release. Stuart Silvester
We made a patch available earlier today that fixes this issue. If you are using an affected version of 4.7.9, it can be obtained from the AdminCP > System > Support page (top left box will tell you if there is a patch or update available)
