If you attempt to upload Media, it uploads but preview doesn't show and the Tag fails to work too. 

If you copy the image URL and delete the letters after the image finishes so .png - It finds it.

Please could you check that again now and let us know if you are having the same issue? There were some issues yesterday, which I'm wondering if may be related. If they were, you are likely to find this now works.

Tags works fine now, but Thumbnails are still broken within AdminCP within the Media part, but yeah had a weird day yesterday as DB's went bye bye too for a few hours lol
