Additional rules

Hello,

We got a request regarding additional rules, and we wondered if there is someone able to help us. 

Currently we are looking for a rule on the following actions. 

1. Whenever an Q&A post is upvoted with the arrow, when someone gives the upvote. 
2. Whenever an Q&A post is upvoted with the arrow, when someone receives the upvote. 
3. A rule for the person that has given the “Best answer”
4. Lastly, We wondered if you could make a rule based on how much of the profile is filled in. 

Is it even possible for these rules to be made?

You already have this:

Yes but currently this doesn't allow us to add milestones for the person that handed out the “Best Anwser”

Aha gotcha - a different milestone for an existing rule.
