4.7.8 Beta 2 - missing checkbox when selecting secondary groups

When editing a members groups, the checkbox is not longer available.

The secondary group element changes into a multi-select element when you have more than 25 member groups.

Awh why, that's disappointing.  People always forget to hold ctrl and end up loosing what secondary groups a member had 😞

It really could do with a better method when there are more the 10 groups to choose, the multi-select is just awful.
