Staff Directory Sort

I was looking through old forum posts and I couldn't find an exact answer to my question, I was wondering if there is a way to sort staff under the staff directory in an alphabetic order easily. This probably require some editing in the theme however I am new to this field and would appreciate some guidance if possible.

There is no built in method to achieve this unfortunately. You would need to add them manually in order to sort within the platform
