Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Solution Jim M Posted February 18 Solution Share Posted February 18 Please contact your hosting provider. This error is coming from your server. You likely have mod_security installed or another security module which is preventing this. Your hosting provider will need to review your server logs and either allow this particular rule that is getting tripped or disable mod_security entirely.
