Solution NSPN Posted February 6, 2023 Author Solution Share Posted February 6, 2023 Answer provided: you can cancel and refund all line items on an invoice, but not some. You can cancel a sale of an item without refunding by going to the item. Refund for an item can then be made by using the original means of payment (e.g. PayPal) outside IPS.
