How can I cancel/return one line item product on a paid invoice without cancelling all items? If this isn't possible, what's the best way to refund for one cancelled item?

Answer provided: you can cancel and refund all line items on an invoice, but not some. You can cancel a sale of an item without refunding by going to the item. Refund for an item can then be made by using the original means of payment (e.g. PayPal) outside IPS.
