GMIC Posted February 4 Share Posted February 4 When I try to create a new group I am getting the following issues. Tried the usual disabling hooks and applications etc. Â INSERT INTO `x_utf_ibf_core_groups` ( `g_bitoptions`, `g_club_allowed_nodes` ) VALUES ( 0, '' ) IPS\Db\Exception: Field 'idm_bypass_paid' doesn't have a default value (1364) #0 //public_html/system/Db/Db.php(941): IPS\_Db->preparedQuery('/*XXXXXX_ipb2...', Array) #1 //public_html/system/Patterns/ActiveRecord.php(487): IPS\_Db->insert('core_groups', Array) #2 //public_html/applications/core/modules/admin/members/groups.php(218): IPS\Patterns\_ActiveRecord->save() #3 //public_html/system/Dispatcher/Controller.php(107): IPS\core\modules\admin\members\_groups->form() #4 /public_html/applications/core/modules/admin/members/groups.php(39): IPS\Dispatcher\_Controller->execute() #5 //public_html/system/Dispatcher/Dispatcher.php(153): IPS\core\modules\admin\members\_groups->execute() #6 //public_html/admin/index.php(13): IPS\_Dispatcher->run() #7 {main} Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Jim M Posted February 4 Share Posted February 4 The field there should have a default value of 0. Please go to ACP -> Support and check your database schema and perform any updates there that the system requires. Alternatively, please have your hosting provider disable safe mode on your MySQL server. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
GMIC Posted February 5 Author Share Posted February 5 Safe mode is disabled on MySQL server no system updates required still no joy same result. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Marc Stridgen Posted February 6 Share Posted February 6 We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.  Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Jim M Posted February 6 Share Posted February 6 Unfortunately, the .htaccess credentials (the little login box from your browser), is invalid. Please verify and update so we can login to your ACP. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Jim M Posted February 6 Share Posted February 6 Unfortunately, they are still invalid. If you are unsure what they are, I'd advise testing in another browser. If you still are unsure, you may wish to remove the .htpasswd and/or .htaccess file in the admin directory on your server. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Jim M Posted February 6 Share Posted February 6 Thank you, all in now 🙂 . Very odd that that default value is still not present. I have switched this to a ticket so we can investigate further. Please watch your email for further correspondence. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
