Hi All - I want to add a HelpScout's Beacon app to my IP Board so I provide a way to load Q&A and have members ask questions for customer support. I know I have to add HTML code that is assigned to the Beacon app, but is there an HTML block that I am able to use on the IP Board to easily do this? Not sure of the best way to do this.

You would need to add it to your templates somewhere. There are blocks, but only with the pages application that you dont currently have. So adding it manually to your theme would be the only option there
