Would recommend the following:

  • Disable all third party applications/plugins and ensure all are fully compatible with PHP 8.
  • Upgrade to the latest release, 4.7.6.

Hi

we have disable the only one third party application/plugins and upgrade to the latest release, but error is still present.

When that is disabled, please rebuild the search index from System->Settings->Search

Backend access is enough?

I added the credentials given by support ADMINCP section

We would require FTP/SFTP access to escalate this.

We need to ask our provider credentials to access FTP/SFTP.
