Marc Stridgen
We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.

Marc Stridgen
I can see it happening there. Please ensure you have applied all patches and addressed the items showing in the support area of your admin CP before we proceed any further. You have several issues showing there currently
hackinOS
Is this your mean? Server Time and GMP Extension will affect to this? I don't thinks this the problem with "Profile Complete" U can check this in ACP, When i fill in Profile Complete for Administrator account, i can login. But when i remove "Profile Field", it need profile field for complete information. But this is don't happen with members. Last picture is showing when i remove "Profile" Administrator account from ACP. Edited January 3 by hackinOS
Jim M
Patches should be present under the Invision Community version, looks like that is excluded from your screenshot there.
