KVS Support Posted December 20, 2022 Posted December 20, 2022 Hello, one of our users reported that they got email saying "We have detected 3 failed log in attempts to your account ..." How do we switch off these type of emails? Thanks.

Marc Posted December 20, 2022 Posted December 20, 2022 This isnt something you can switch off. Nor would you want to. The intention here is that the user is indeed informed someone is trying to log into their account. The most common cause of getting a lot of these is that people know what to attempt with (you are using display name for login). This is why we advise using email only
