my current invision forum version is 4.5.4, i am trying to manual upgrade like from this documentation in production server, but after i go to /admin/upgrade page, it show error like in the screenshot

"the page you requested does not exist"

what should i do to fix the problem

 

Did you rename your admin folder perhaps?

In addition, I would double check that you uploaded all of the new IPB files your downloaded from the client area to the right spot.

no i am still using default configuration

i have uploaded all IPB files and try in staging server and it works no issue, but in production server i got the issue like in above screenshot

We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.
