I'm using the standard theme with default font and no "font scale". All plugins and 3th party apps are disabled. In custom.css I don't have any font related settings. Font size of text on desktop in pages and in forums posts is 18 px, but on mobile the font size of same text is 13px. Even if I use font scale with 115% the text on mobile is still 13 px.
