Please advise how I can fix this issue. I have 2 languages enabled, all database fiels are filled, 2 names fields filled...

Please check you are on the language pack you actually set the names on. It looks like you have no language string set on the language you are using in the admin CP

Check language tab inside database settings.

Have you filled all the fields?

Another database with all fields filled. Others tabs are filled too

Check the Language tab.

It actually looks like you are using English in the admin CP, which is likely disabled, so you cant see them in there

How I can hide the english language in front page? users only don't need see English language

You would need to disable it
