Keep resetting my user account password, I try to log in and it says the password is wrong then puts me on a 14 minute cooldown timer before I can log back in. This timer also is inaccurate as I have waited over 30 minutes at one point and still was unable to log in, had to try from a different device. This is in response to my last topic, forums were compromised and all the people with access to ACP/ModCP were removed. 

My account "Banjo" on the forums was deleted and it was supposed to have been restored but I can't seem to log into it.

We have emailed you in your ticket resolution to this issue so will close this down now.
