Hi

We sent a bulk email out to our members containing a mailto style of url which is failing to work. It does not open the recipients email client instead what they get is this link back to our website which fails (is this the track links in emails feature).  Using current v4.7.4.

We have used the mailto links without issues before.

 

I would need to know the exact link that is being sent to the users email, rather than what you added there
