I wanted to fix the recommended database setting to change all of them the InnoDB-Databases. I contaced the support of my hosting company and they gave me the feedback that most tables are already on InnoDB and only 6 are set on MyISAM. I didn't have any problems running my board with those settings. Is is still recommended to change all tables to InnoDB ?

In general, you don't want ANY MyISAM tables.
