Mike Gholson Posted October 28, 2022 Posted October 28, 2022 Hi all, I have a situation where one of my applications is missing a "renew now" button. It's for an app called Collections by Michael J. According to the Marketplace on my admin panel, i need to pay for a full version again. However, if I go to my purchases area on the IPB site it says I can renew. Not sure what to do and I don't want to be charged twice. This is the only app that has this problem so far. Please let me know if I can fix this. Right, the problem here is the ACP not properly showing the renew button though. I believe it's already been acknowledged as a bug in another topic though.

But you can fix it via IPB my purchases area. 🙂 At least for the OP based on the screenshot they posted, that would be the best way to get their problem resolved.
Solution Marc Posted October 31, 2022 Solution Posted October 31, 2022 For clarification, this shows as available to buy within the marketplace on ACP, and we are aware of that. You need to renew the product, which can only be done via the marketplace here on the IPS site at present. Mike Gholson 1
