After the last update of the forum, it is not possible to reply, add a topic, or mass delete, is there a problem?

The reply box or a new topic does not appear

Yikes...  does this happen when you switch to a default non-modified theme?    Have you tried disabling all of your third party resources to make sure they're not interfering with the page as well?

No, I did not try.. How is the disabling method and that works?

Very odd… another way of disabling things would be to use recovery mode. 
 

Be sure to log out of your ACP, then set the variable in your constants.php, then log back in. It should tell you it’s disabling all of your third party resources. Once done remove the variable from constants.php again. 

Please try recovery mode as mentioned above first of all. If you are then still having issues, please ensure all access details on file are up to date and let us know. We can then take a look to see whats happening for you 🙂
