We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.

We look forward to further assisting you.

hi

thanks for the update. i will do that right away. regarding the access, i ve managed to log in using Edge browser and upgraded to the latest version, also set the PHP to 8.

on my chrome browser whatever i do, i get that error. i ve also tried to erase history but still not working. i think there is something wrong because i get this on both my desktop and my phone ( both using chrome browser)

You would need to both set it as https as shown in the guide, and have an SSL certificate installed on your domain by your hosting company

SSL was activated and i also changed in the PHP file.

ok, now the forum works in Chrome also, no more error on login with chrome

i have removed constants file and now the ACP is not accessible anymore

Did you enable anything after you removed the constant, and before it started breaking again? Have you checked your server error file as mentioned above?

You would want to check the server (Apache) error logs for what a 500 is being thrown. It won’t show in those logs because it’s failing before it gets to the IPS logging.

can you please let me know how to check those? the path?

thanks

You would need to get assistance from your hosting provider for that. We don’t know how your server is configured to store logs.

login works again after witching to PHP 7.3

i have the following message in ACP

PHP8 Incompatible Customizations
We are currently in the process of migrating our platform from PHP7 to PHP8 in order to provide you with the greatest level of performance and security. We've identified one or more Applications or Plugins currently installed on your site which contain PHP8 incompatible hooks and/or subclasses. In PHP8, altering overloaded method signatures within a subclass results in a fatal error which can make a site completely inoperable. Also, our hook system relies on subclasses so this change applies to hooks as well. Therefore, this code must be either replaced with an updated version, removed, or disabled from your site as soon as possible.

If you are not sure what this means, you must contact the Author of any listed Application or Plugin for an updated version. If you cannot update to a PHP8 compatible version, the Application or Plugin will have to be disabled or removed.

hosting says they can t help and it s problem from the forum and compatibility to PHP 8
