The screenshot you've shown there would only give them permission to access support requests and pay invoices. There is no permission to download files as we only allow the account owner to do so. Jim M Posted September 14, 2022 Share Posted September 14, 2022 Sorry, we do not allow the transfer of self-hosted licenses. Could you please clarify your intentions? You would not want to transfer ownership if the individual is merely downloading files initially as the account owner owns the license.
