September 2, 20222 yr Sorry, looks like you marked your post as a solution but it is just a few dots. If you still require assistance: Are these your default member, guest, or administrator groups? If they are newly created and not configured as that in your conf_global.php, do you have full administrator permissions in ACP -> Members -> Staff -> Administrators?

Yes, it's new created. And config_global have guest, members, admin groups. Is this right? I can't delete Hackintosh & Apple groups.

September 3, 20222 yr It can’t be set in Commerce as a group to be promoted to. It would cause a problem if it tries to move someone into a group that’s does not exist any longer.
