August 22, 20222 yr Try clearing the browser cache and the cache of the website in the ACP. The editor opens dynamically via Javascript. If it doesn’t, as in your case, it usually means the JavaScript is failing.

August 23, 20222 yr Community Expert It likely means permissions are an issue on your server. Check if you are using suPHP or suExec. If so, you will likely want to make sure nothing is set to 777 or 666 on the server
