My members have informed me that the Forgot Password doesn't work (no email goes out) and cannot register new members. Can someone go through my panel to make sure everything looks good, please?

When you say "cannot register users" do you mean they can register but don't get an email?

Or that they get an error during registration and aren't actually registered at that point?

Also check your ACP -> Email Settings -> Mail Delivery Method.

What method are you using, PHP, SMTP, or SendGrid? Be sure any relevant details (host/name/pass/etc) are entered for the method chosen.

I have my gmail in there, it has beenworking all this time. now suddenly errors.

 

I had to switch out the PHP till SMTP. Thanks!
