How to implement a filter on a page

Hello. Please tell me how to implement filtering by taxonomitries in IPS4, so that, for example, several fitrations are attributed to one record, there is a car according to a clear number, and that there would be filtration by brand, brand, engine volume, type of electronic block, brand of electronic block. The essence of this is that I want to make a help for the ECU that stand on cars, and one ECU stands on different cars with different configurations, so I want to do so that after passing the filter I choose which car the filter is interested in, I filtered everything and left only the record that passes all the selected filters and corresponds to the selected one.
maybe there is some kind of plugin or add - on paid or free , or it can be implemented already in the usual basic version of IPS4 .

You would use the "Database filters" block or this. Please take a look at the following guide, which shows how to use blocks on your site

I tried to do something similar in IPS4 and it did not work, I tried it through the content database.

The fact that on the video it was done in another CMS and it is free and officially, I won’t say its name so that it would not be considered an advertisement.
 
I would like to implement something similar in your CMS IPS4.

Will it be possible to implement this with the basic capabilities of this CMS IPS4 or do you need to purchase some kind of additional application, if so, which one?

We would need to know where exactly it did not work for you. An example where you have placed this and its not working. The database filter block is exactly for that purpose

I created a new category, then I created new ones in it, in which I am interested in the brand, brand, engine size, year of the car, type of electronic unit, name of the electronic unit, and so on, I created records, filling in all the fields as necessary for these records, I do then the page and try to display the database there, through the database filter I end up with the output of all records without the ability to filter them

As mentioned before, you need to drag the ‘Database filters’ widget on the page. 

And of course you need to have fields which are set as filter.

I created the fields, filled them out, made two entries for verification, brought the database filter to the page, this can be seen from the screenshot, but the filter doesn’t work much, apparently I’m doing something wrong, but I can’t understand what exactly is wrong

Your advice and help helped me implement the filter.
And how to implement it in it so that it would work as follows, if I choose the Haval brand, it was red, so that the other brands would not be visible in the haval, and if I choose the jelly, I marked it in green, respectively, only the marks from the jelly were visible

like here I choose one filter, it is filtering and recording pages and other filters, too, i.e. if the entry refers to Haval , F7, Bosch,
and another entry to Geely , Atlas , Bosch , then when Geely is selected, the filter should automatically filter out the page entry and the filter itself and leave only Atlas in the stamps

By recording, you mean automatically refreshing? If so, unfortunately there is no facility for this at the present time.

I do not mean automatic updating, namely filtering
those. if I chose Haval in the filter, I pressed search, so that in the next filter there would be a choice of brands only those that belong to Haval and not all that are

While I get what you're saying, I don't think every software free/paid will ever consistently match up exactly feature to feature. Our users have had different objectives so certain items have been prioritized or just simply haven't been brought up yet. However, that's not to say, this particular feature won't be in the software in the future. You're more than welcome to provide this in our official Feature Suggestions forum for further evaluation for a future release.
